I've finally got my 1st LV bag.. Hmm.. I was more shocked than excited when I first recieved if from SIL.

Haha.. Cos the packaging (in a box) was rather big lor... The bag was also quite heavy wor.. Think I won wan't to put much things inside.. Lest it becomes more heavy & I can't carry... Hee..

SIL helped me bought it from Paris. So the price convert to Sing dollars is much more cheaper than local price. But still heart pain wor.. But ok la, never mind lor.. Anyway, this is my 2nd branded bag (1st being my small Fendi bag given by Joe years ago). This time round, Joe sponsored half of the cost for me.. Heehee.. Thanks hubby!!!

We brought my nephews, Xiang An and Xiang Ze back to stay a night with us..

They were so happy cos can play with their beloved uncle.. Ya, sometimes I think they loved Joe more than they loved me.. Cos Joe always will play with them, help them fight their monsters (PSP games), bring them to playground etc..

So, since its school holidays, we decided to bring them out to play.. Went Downtown East.. And took the Cadbury's Ferris Wheel...

Does the 2 boys look like Joe?? Cos some people commented that they look alike.. Like father and sons.. Hahahah.. So funny..

Driving Again...

Went for my driving lesson just now.. After having one month break..

Hehehe...

Hmm.. Everything was still ok.. Went out on the road after a few rounds inside circuit.

I wasn't travelling quite slow.. Around 45-50 km/h. But, got 3 drivers damn sickening.. Don't know if they were too impatient or just want to bully those learner drivers.. They just cut into my lane without signalling & all were within close range lor. WTF!!

By the time I kana cut by the 3rd car, I was very pissed & feeling very hungry oso liao.. So, at that moment, I forgot the existence of my instructor.. And I blurted out "KNN" immediately..

The instructor was stunned.. By my crude language I guess.. Oops.. But it was't purposely one ma.. Who ask them changed lane w/o signalling?!?!?

1st Anniversary

Times flies... Today is my 1st wedding anniversary... Hehe.. Thank god I managed to survive through one year with Joe... Wahaha.. He din create much of a havoc for me in this one year... ;)

Went True Spa in the afternoon.. We had body massage, facial & hydrobath.. Hmmm.. Very nice hybrobath.. Green tea one for detoxifying..

The facial is a painful experience.. Cos of the extraction of those tiny spots (oil seeds).. The massage was... hmmm.. ok.. Still can endure.. Cos they really exert force.. Lucky our bones din crack..

After spa, we went Hotpot Culture for dinner... No photos.. Cos both of us too hungry le... Anyway, we had a really sumptous dinner la.. Eat till very full... Stomach almost burst liao.. And we still had chocolate fondue and ice cream... Hehe..

Then we went John Little shopped awhile.. While on the way to CityLink (proceeding home) we saw Marvelous Cream.. And again.. We ate ICE-CREAM!!! Wahahaha..

We ordered Chocolate Sienne.. Yummy!!! Heard it's one of the hot favourites..

Yes.. We ate too much today... Esp me.. Too much cold stuff... And here's my "retribution"... 'Auntie' came.. Cramps came too.. ;(

Had dinner with Fionn on Sat..

Came all the way back to Novena to have dinner... Hahah.. But, the food was really nice.. And the service was good too.. Staff were all very polite & really pay attention to the customers.. Thmbs up!! Joe like it too...

The cheese fries.. Hmm.. KFC one better... This one not that nice.. Not cheesy enough..

My BBQ chicken with Jumbo King prawn.. Yummy... The chicken is tender.. The prawns juicy.. Nice nice!!

Joe and Fionn's ribeye with mushroom sauce.. Good!! The steak is really thick.. But think black pepper sauce one will be even better..

2nd lesson @ SSDC

Hohoho!! Went for my 2nd lesson just now..

It was way much better than yesterday... The instructor (different one tonight) also very nice..

Now I know how to control the brake and accelerator liao.. The instructor also commented my braking was good quite a few times.. Yeah!! ;) Oh, of cos I also more confident in applying accelerator now liao.. Wahahaha..

Only sometimes still abit either too late or too ealier when negotiating a bend.. But ok la.. Still can make it most of the time ba...

Now I actually look forward to my next lesson on Thurs.. Hehe..

My 1st practical lesson

I went for my first practical lesson just now...

It was SCARY!!! DAMN SCARY!!! I just can't seem to control the brake & accelerator.. Think I never even press on my accelerator most of the time.. Just let the car move on its own slow slow speed. I press abit only think @ most 20km/h, I feel the car is going too fast already.. And my mind went blur.. Don't know what to press liao.. And anyhow press the brake and accelerator.. Ya, I know.. I'm terrible la.. Haha.. But.. But.. Just too panicky liao...

Throughout the whole lesson (a torturing 120 mins), I keep wishing for the lesson to end as soon as possible.. It's even best if can just end immediately.. Even though the instructor was very very nice and patient.. Bad also la.. Cos he laughed at me.. ;( We maciam like old friends siaz..

I regretted enrolling for driving lor..

Finally when the lesson end, I got out of the car.. And guess wat?? My legs went soft.. Wobbly.. Feel so weak lor.. OMG!!! How am I suppose to get through another 20 or so lessons?!?!? When I took a cab back home, the driver was actually driving at a normal speed la...But I feel like he's racing...

My next lesson is tomorrow.. Feel like dropping out of the whole course.

Sighh!!

Tampines 1 is open!!!!

Went to the new shopping mall, Tampines 1 just now.. Wow.. Damn crowded siaz... A lot of people lor..

Tampines is usually very crowded liao.. Now with the opening of Tampines 1, it seems worse... The crowd is really... WOW.. So squeezy..

Hmm.. This new shopping centre is higher than normal shooping centres.. Usually is only 3-4 storeys high.. But Tampines 1 is about 4-5 storeys high!! Saw quite a lot of new stores opening in this mall. Amongst them is the Uniqlo, Japanese brand for its casual clothings.. What surprises me is there's a long long snaking queue infront of the store.. You have to queue up in order to go in!! OMG..

The Thai Express Bistro there is 2 storeys one wor... Hehe... There's also this restaurant F.I.S.H. Think it's subsidiary of Fish & Co. There's also M1 shop, Singtel and Starhub stores.. All just side by side.. Hahah.. So convenient ya..

Lost my way...

Went to SSDC for theory lessons with Bibi in the afternoon.. End at 5pm.. Then we waited at the entrance for the shuttle bus service. The stipulated timing is 5:05pm.. But.. it was late... We waited for around 10-15 mins and decided to walk out... The stupid bus then came..

We alighted at Yio Chu Kang MRT there.. And I took bus service 72 back to Hougang.. I alighted... And lost my way home.. Keep going round and round.. But I can't find any familiar route back...

Called Joe.. But he din know where on earth am I also.. Then asked me find the way out to main road (I'm surrounded with HDB flats).. Thank God I finally found the way home..

SMSed Bibi about it.. She suggested buying a street directory for me.. Zzz.. Once I reached home.. Joe laughed his head off... I also don't know why I can get lost in Hougang St 91..

Ok.. Lesson learnt : Never take bus 72 alone unless Joe with me.. ;(

They brought me to Chilli Padi Nonya restaurant located just opposite Bugis Junction.. Buffet style.. Hmm.. Food ok.. I like the chicken.. Very tender.. & their desserts.. Nice!!

Joe and I went HDB to sign the Agreement for Lease on 17th Feb.. Everything was settled within half an hour. So fast sia..

After that, we went Square 2 for our lunch.. Cos got craving to try that Chicken Pot '鸡公煲'.. Hehe..

Hmm.. Quite nice.. Though quite spicy.. Joe was perspiring throughout.. Haha..

One thing good is the sauce/soup is free flow... The waitress/waiter will auto refill when they see your claypot left little of it.. Hehe.. I like it!!

The portion quite alot for 1 person.. So can actually share it.. Cheaper this way too..

Will definitely go back eat again.. ;)

Rushed back to office early in the morning.. After everything settled, went have BK breakfast with Ailing, Bibi, Jasima & Fionn... The feeling was quite great la.. Apart from the fact that we have to rush back office.. We've been working for years together.. But this was the 1st time we had breakfast together on a Sat morning. Too bad both Mag and Farh cant join us.. ;(

Ailing left earlier and the rest of us then went AMK hub for Fionn's Levis jeans and Serangoon Garden for kopi.. Before kopi session, we went to Fionn's place 1st for her to take something..

Hehe.. Once she went up, I'm up to some mischief liao.. Haha..

Had our reunion dinner with my family jus now at Mandarine Oriental Hotel...

It was great!! The food, the service, the atmoshpere... SUPERB!! I just loved Oriental... Hehe..

The appetizer.. Chicken coated with almond flakes..

Yusheng with salmon.. I don really eat yusheng.. But this is really great!! Joe and I both agreed this is the best yusheng we've eaten so far... Hehe...

My fav... Sharkfin soup with crabmeat.. The sharkfin is still in one whole piece.. Yummy!! Shiok!!

Roasted delights.. Got roasted duck, shao rou and cha siew.. All are great.. The meat are tender and not fatty..

I was on leave last Friday..

Cos need to accompany my mom to the bank for some matters.. But.. lousy bank.. got no money give us.. And I cant believe that the biggest notes they have is in $50 demoninations... Stupid!!

Then evening time 8 plus, got to go Geylang.. With AD and Hd for our company's CNY thingy.. Went there to see a lion dance troupe.. Just to make sure their performance is really good la.. Hmm.. ya, quite good I must say.. At least not like last year one.. A sick lion who doesn't moves much.. No impressive stunts whatsoever...

Lucky got Maggie and her hubby to accompany me... Else, I sure bored... And and.. scared of going to that area.. Thanks Mag & HH!!!

While turning into Lor 8 Geylang where the troupe is, we saw a lot of 'wild chickens'.. Mainly should be PRCs ba...

Most of them wearing black.. Low cut, super revealing kind.. Some looked really innocent.. like those girl-next-door kind.. Got some whose 'front' like going to spill out liao.. Saw how they hooked up their customers.. OMG... faint..

Ok anyway, after 'testing' out of the lion dance thingy, the 3 of us (Mag, HH & me) went to Airport Rd foodcentre for dinner..

Saw one stall selling european ice-creams and waffle.. The stall deco is quite unique from the rest.. The caramel ice-cream is NICE!! Not too sweet.. Yummy!!

This year's CNY Reunion dinner, my mom suggested to eat out.. But not on actual day la.. We'll be having it on 18 Jan.. Next sunday!!

My family quite like the hotel where Joe and I got married in.. So we booked a table at Mandarine Oriental Hotel.. Only this time round, the food will not be prepared by the hotel chef.. Cos its a chinese restuarant inside MOH. So, the food will be done by the restuarant chef instead..

Worked half day on New Yr Eve (31/12/08). So after work, Joe and I had lunch with NBL and Lynn..

Went Shokudo Pasta Restaurant.. It's something similar to Waraku de Pasta.. But of cos, Waraku is better... Think I might not really want eat Shokudo (Pasta) again.. Keke..

While waiting for them, Joe was too hungry so we ordered this Cheese Wanton to fill up his stomach first.. These wantons.... Really like wat the name implies.. Just contain purely cheese.. Hmm.. Not nice..

Ok.. Belated Merry Christmas to all.. Wanted to blog earlier but my dear hubby using lappie to play games.. Hee.. So, poor Cheryl only got to see him play..

I had 2 sweet surprises from Joe on Christmas Eve..

1st, when I returned home after work, I saw a bouquet of flowers placed neatly on the bed... Heee.. My fav PINK ROSES!!!

Then later in the evening we went to yf's house.. For our usual Christmas gathering. Seems more like a western reunion dinner.. Haha..

Makan time!! Thanks to JH, Yami & all for preparing the wonderful dinner.. Kitchen was too packed that night. Cant get to help out.. Pai seh ya..

Oh ya.. We had otah sandwiches, ham, spaggetti, roasted chicken, cheese sausages for dinner.. Yummy yummy!!

Yes! Not forgetting the desserts - Swenson's Ice Cream logcake and Mango logcake!! Yummy yum yum!!!

Finished dinner liao then we played games followed by the gift exchange.. That's when I had my 2nd surprise!! Hehe.. I had initially thought the bouquet of flowers was the Christmas present.. Din expect 1 more present from Joe.. Hehe..

Actually I saw it in our room before coming out.. But then when I asked him about it, he merely said it's just a prize for the games.. And I believed him lor..

So during the gift exchange, when he handed over the 'prize' to me, I was really surprised!!

Had dinner with NBL and Lynn at Plaza Singapura just now.. Went Cafe Cartel and I ordered their Pan-fried Linguine.. Supposed to be their chef's recommendation.. But.. it's not yummy.. Disappointed!!

All of us did not finish our food.. Ya, doesn't taste as good as before.. Wonder if they had changed their chef?!?!

Anyway, after dinner we shopped awhile.. Really awhile only.. Cos NBL gotta rush back home.. Hehe..

Actually I'm hesitating whether to blog about this or not... Cos not too sure if SHE would read about it.. But I couldn't care more about it.. Just feel too angry about it & jus wanted to blog it all out..

I was instructed to modify the powerpoint slides for the upcoming retreat.. And tomorrow (13 Nov 08) till Friday, I would not be around in office to attend course... And the retreat is on Monday.. So meaning I need to finish everything within one day..

I 'received' the arrow at 11plus am.. And because it's really a lot of amendments, Bibi and I decided to start everything from scratch.. So basically, we are running against time..

Here we are, trying our best to finish asap, yet halfway thru, my Hd came over to see how we progress.. All we get is a remark from her saying "If I'm your boss, I would NOT appreciate what you do"... Isn't SHE my boss to begin with?! It's really a pail of COLD water being thrown to us..

She kept insisting the slides we did were too colorful, fanciful & not appropriate for external presentation.. I was soooo damn upset by wat she said.. This is the 1st time I cried over work ever since I started working in the company!!

For 2 days in a row, she thrown such demoralising remarks to me.. Just yesterday, she told me straight in my face that I'm not a GOOD organiser just because I din know where on earth her piece of birthday cake was kept!!

And stupid me.. I stayed till 9pm just to finish this stupid slides.. Shouldn't have put in sooo much effort after what she said to me ya..

Had watched Life Transformers (Channel 8) just now. It's a very meaningful reality show on a group of volunteers (together with actor Christopher Lee and Quan Yifeng) helping to transform the lives of those under privileged in Singapore.

Tonight's episode is on this poor family who had to take care of their daughter, now 26yrs old, suffering from an illness known as "Status Epiletus".. It was really sad to know that the girl was only 21yrs old when this tragedy struck.. 5 yrs ago, she has had fever continuously for 2 weeks. That marked the beginning of her illness I guess.. I did'nt really know how to explain what this illness is about la.. Think it's some sort of a brain virus. It affected the girl's mobility. She had to lay in bed the whole day, couldn't talk, move etc.. Not to mention taking care of herself. She would get fits every now and then..

She was initially quite a pretty girl I would say.. Active and outgoing. But, now her appearance had totally changed.. My heart weeped when I see her in this state...

Her family wasn't well to do.. The house and the living condition of it is terrible. Guess it's because of the constant need to watch over and take care of her that resulted in the mother having no time to tidy up the house..

The way that the parents care for her, taking extra care of her really touched me. I mean the pain of seeing their daughter in this state, the burden they have to shoulder and all.. My heart really goes out to them..

I dread to think what would happen to the girl if the parents weren't around in future.. Sighh!!!

Somehow, the girl reminded me of my cousin.. She had a high fever that didn't subside for days in her childhood days.. That damaged her brain and resulted in her still having the mentality of a child at this age of 30..

Kids would appear to be fearful of her even though she was harmless.. It was sad seeing this.. I also remembered the times I saw her having fits.. It was scary.. I cried as I was really scared seeing such situation..

I do hope that miracles would happen and cure my cousin and those under privileged people out there... And I really wish all those I knew.. My family, my friends etc.. to be blessed with good health always.. Pls stay healthy..

Hi there!! It has been sometime since I last posted something here... Nothing to blog about.. Hehe..

It rained quite heavily today during lunch time.. Initially wanted go down canteen to tabao.. But as usual during rainy days la, the queue at every stalls were super long.. Halfway queuing, we realised the rain had stopped.. So we changed our plan & went TTSH tabao instead.. Hehe..

I bought beef Hor Fun which tasted horrible.. Yucks!!

Oh ya.. We had our food at pantry where Fionn & Jasima were "discussing" and playing with their guitar.. Good for us.. got free entertainment while eating.. Only thing was that my food wasn't enjoyable.. Sighh!!

The gals were really talented.. To be able to play the songs so beautifully.. Kelvin and Bibi also joined in the fun, singing along with them while they played "Sometime when we touch" and "Five Hundred Miles"... Wooo!!! It's really FUN!!! Hope tomorrow's lunch will have some entertainment too ya.. *Wink*

Had dinner with Fionn and Joe jus now.. Went Chomp Chomp area.. Dinner at a affordable restaurant "Wild Ginger".. Hmm.. Food not bad la.. Quite nice lor.. But too hungry, so nv take pic..

Then we proceeded to have our dessert at "A Bowl of Dessert".. Joe and Fionn ordered durian moouse which Fionn had highly recommended.. It was really NICE!!! Yummy.. Joe say will definitely come back again.. Hehe.. Mine was bad.. Again.. I ordered Milk Custard with Mixed Fruits.. But, the taste.. Sigh!!

Never mind.. I will come back for my durian moouse someday... Hehe..

We had dinner at Founder Bah Kut Teh at Balestier (Opp Balestier Plaza) in the evening. To celebrate MIL's birthday.. Wow super long queue..

We were surprised to see many ppl crowding around the overhead bridge there.. Then found out what was happening.. Got filming there.. Hee... But I couldn't see who were the actors/actresses la.. Too far away from us liao..

Then halfway queuing up, the TV crews and the rest began making their way to somewhere near we stood.. Jus infront of the Bah Kut Teh shop.. Hahaha.. Only managed to see one actor acting.. Din really know his name.. But saw him on TV b4..

Poor guy.. He had to re-take several times... And it was so dangerous lor.. To run on the road with cars driving past him in the opposite direction..

We also saw Jessica Liu.. Walking past us.. To pass time when not her turn to take position I guess.. Hehe.. She was so tall and skinny lor.. But quite beatiful la.. Saw another male actor also.. Not sure of his name again.. Hehe..

Anyway, quite interesting to see la.. Can hear the director shouting "Ready, action" and "Cut" so many times.. Hehe..

Went to Heart Spring Spa at Hougang Mall for half leg waxing this afternoon.. Couldn' stand to see the unsightly hairs on them so decided to just go any one salon to get it over and done with... And I regreted choosing this!!

The ambience and setup of the whole salon was quite comfy.. Very homely type of salon... I thought this place should be quite good...

After awhile, I was ushered in by a therapist who would be doing the job for me.. Seems quite a nice lady I thought..

But she wasn't as pro as I thought would be.. I was then told to lie on the bed. Then she told me to wait a while cos the wax wasn't ready yet.. Ok, I waited.. Then a few mins passed, she began to apply some on my leg. It was very very hot.. I told her.. She just said ok.. Then she keep mumbling the wax too liquid.. Not the "type" she wanted.. As she said this, she was still applying it on me.. I was then thinking to myself, if that's not the type of texture she wanted, shouldn't she stopped applying it for me? Yet, she didn't.

After awhile, she told me to wait again.. This time round, I waited very long.. Thereafter, she came in.. After checking on the wax, she said the texture was now correct.. Earlier on, she had forgotten to switch off the heater (for heating up the wax). Obviously, she shouldn't have told her customer on the blunder she made.. How would I, as the customer, feel?

I asked her how long would it take.. She confidently told me 15 mins.. Yet, it was one hour later when it ended.. Sigh!!

While on the way out to make payment, she was walking together with her colleague. And I overheard her saying in Chinese "Her hair so coarse, so difficult to wax".. Both of them then laughed out loud.. And I was just behind them for goodness sake!! WTF!! So rude of her to make such remarks behind my back!

Joe and I then proceeded back home after payment. While waiting for bus, I looked at my legs.. To my horror, my legs weren't waxed cleanly. It was obvious that she had forgotten to wax the upper portion of my calves (kneecap onwards)...

Anyway, I be going back to her tommorrow to complain about her unfinished job on me.. Terrible service!!!

Went out with cousin, Ling2 on Saturday.. To "matchmake" her with Joe's army time buddy..

Well, apparently, it seems that the guy is quite interested in her la.. I won't explain in details why I feel so... Hehe.. It's just a woman's instinct..

Anyway, he had put in quite a lot of effort in trying to create a good impression la.. He had also went around "rackeying" places to go for the "matchmaking" session.. Hehe..

So that evening, we went Bottle Tree Village for our dinner.. It's really a nice place I must say.. But, to get there is really.. troublesome. No car very difficult to go.. Cos it's just sooooooo ulu lor..

Met up with Lynn and NBL tonight for dinner.. Went Mushroom Pot.. Hehe. As usual la, hungry le, so nv took pics...

Oh ya, Lynn bought me a pair of earrings!! Nice nice!! Will post pics of it soon... After dinner, went shopped around at Gucci, Far East and Tangs.. Well, of cos never bought anything from Gucci la.. Though I very much wanted to buy the one which NBL bought previously.. Lynn almost buy a bag (GUCCI AGAIN!!!) just now... Luckily managed to tok her out of it.. To LT: Gal ah, don anyhow spend ur money k? Spend it wisely!! Save up also, then can buy a laptop.. It's useful, trust me!! Got extra money le then buy your dream bag for PRAYING again... Haha..

To Mag, Ailing and Bibi : Hehe.. I bought one small cardigan from Far East just now.. Wahaha.. So happy!! Finally went Far East after so many months of dreaming/hoping.. Haha.. Happy for me?!?!

It's Hari Raya Haji today!! Selamat Hari Raya to all my muslim friends!!

Well.. Joe and I had a very busy morning.. We had our room changed.. Shifted over to the room opposite our initial one.. Cos that room was too stuffy and hot.. Most of the time I bathe out, I already feel my body sweating liao.. Worse when putting on makeup early in the morning.. My makeup cant seems to "stick" on to my face cos of the sweat.. Had to on aircon every nite and morning when I jus bathe out.. Waste money!!

So changed over lor.. According to Joe's parents and himself, this room is much more windy..

Now, I'm blogging in my new room!! Yeah!! Hehe.. But this one seems to be smaller.. Our room like more packed le.. ;(

After work on Tuesday, met up with Lynn and NBL at Takashimaya.. Went Central HK cafe for dinner.. Yucks! None of our food we ordered were to our liking..

NBL's braised Bee Hoon was too salty.. My fried rice texture wasn't good. My ice Yuan Yang was horrible too.. ;(

Only Lynn's beef hor fun was still quite ok lor.. But her lemon tea was damn sour...

We also order a plate of Thousand layer toufu with pork floss to share. This dish was supposed to be cold served one.. Hmm.. Still ok la.. But we couldn't finish it.. Actually, none of us finish all the food that was served to us..

Went Kallang Leisure Park for dinner with our buddies.. It's been such a long time since so many of us came out to have dinner liao..

The carpark was huge.. But because of the F1 thingy, we had a hard time looking for an empty lot. Nope.. It wasn't because there were too many cars parked there... It had lots of barricades being placed at the entrances/exits.. We went rounds & rounds before we managed to find one opening to the carpark lor.. Sigh!!!

The mall itself was very very big also. But there's not much crowd.. It's very quiet lor..

See.. So empty.. Not much crowd..

We went into a furniture shop.. And spotted this football armchair.. For kids one.. Small small, so cute!!

Hehe.. The adult version.. Joe sitting on basketball armchair.. We like the football one more. Nicer.. And also, the basketball one got these words "GongXi Facai" printed on the leg rest.. Spoil everything lor..

If you look carefully at this picture, it's a shop selling x-box games.. In the middle of the shop, there's a counter, for selling bubble tea.. At first, I thought it was sort of like a gaming cafe.. But, there wasn't any PCs available for you to play games lor.. It's merely selling the games only. Yet, they got a bubble tea counter incorporated into their shop.. Funny ya?

We then went Nihon Mura Japanese Restaurant for dinner.. Too hungry liao, so never take any pics of our food.. Hehe.. Anyway, the food there is just so-so la... Not that fantastic.. The curry ramen was bad!! I mean it's really not nice to eat.. Smells nice la, taste bland.. The sushi was really cheap! Only 99 cents per plate..

The whole meal costs us $195 for 9 adults.. OMG!!!

Good morning!! Feel so bored... Don't know if there's any program later.. I mean evening time.. Hmm... later going Jennifer there for massage and waxing. After that, don know what to do liao... Joe haven decide yet.. Bored!!!

But but... I know my plans for tomorrow though!! Hehe.. Going back my mom place.. Might be staying for a night too.. Like that I don need think wat I'm going to have for breakfast on Monday morning..

Told Joe I wanted to go home stay 1 night evey week.. Wahaha.. He's ok with the idea.. Haha.. Hmm.. Not confirmed I'm going to do that though.. Maybe not every week.. Once every 2 weeks?? Hehe..

Hohoho!!! This is my 100th post liao...

Today office feels very empty.. not many people come work today wor.. Haha... So lunch left only Bibi, Shushu (Kelvin) and me.. We went Hans for lunch cos Bibi got cravings for her chicken chop.. Hahah..

Strange! We've been working here for years.. But yet, this is our 1st time lunching at Hans.. Don't know why also.. Wahaha..

Hohoho.. Had a "foodfull" day on Saturday.. Wahaha.. Both our lunch and dinner are all filled with yummy food!! So happy!!

We met up with SY and family at The Central for lunch and also to discuss for our Japan trip next year.. Haha.. We are all going for our honeymoon.. TOGETHER!!! Haha.. Why leh?? More fun mah..

We had lunch at Wakashachiya restaurant... There isn't any customers when we went in... Anyway, The Central has always been so quiet one.. Not many people come here.. Think cos there isn' much stuff there and the things are mostly quite ex also.. No money buy.. Haha

Well, Wakashachiya seems to be famous for its Japanese Curry Udon (They had 64 branches in Japan lor).. And it is really fantastic!! I've never ate Jap curry for years liao.. Din really like the taste.. But this one.. Wow, Shiok lor!!

Joe's Ebi Mayo Don set.. Both sets cost around $15 plus each.. Ok la.. Cost quite reasonable lor..

After lunch, we went Bishan for prawn fishing with JE family.. We fished till 8:30pm.. We spent 3 hrs there and managed to catch a total of 31 prawns!!!

Tada!! Our dinner... We ordered the butter soup crabs with Bee Hoon and chilli crabs from Uncle Leong stall.. Though it wasn't from the stall we wanted, it still taste good la... Maybe not as good as compared to Mellben one...

These prawns are those we caught.. We used the butter crabs soup to cook the part of the prawns.. And the soup is.. SHIOK!! Got tastes of both crabs and prawns.. Wow!! Heavenly taste.. Wahaha!!

We used the other half of the prawns to cook using Shao Xing Wine.. Guess we din let the prawns soaked in the wine for long enough.. Din have much taste.. Hehe..

After our trip to Singapore Flyer, we met up with Lynn, NBL and our "long lost" friend, Denise.. Went to Swensons at Plaza Singapura for dinner..

Had a very bad dining experience there!!Ok, first of all, we were kept standing at the entrance, waiting to be seated when there was no crowd and restaurant was barely 50% packed!!

Finally someone lead us to a table. And gave us 3 menus to be shared among 5 people.. No one bothered to serve us iced water @ all lor..

When we wanted to take order, we couldn't get the attention of their staff at all. One waiter even pretended not to see NBL while she was waving to him!

Lynn ordered a set meal that comes with a Spaghetti, soup and choice of drink (3 types to choose). The waiter asked her, what drink do you want for your set meal? And Lynn said: What do you have? He replied: Oh we are only left with 1 kind. ZZZZ!! Then why ask when there is already no choice???!!

Throughout the whole meal, no one bothered to refill our ice water!! Wat kind of service they are providing?!?!

Next, NBL and I decided to order ice cream.. NBL had Gold Rush while I Banana Split. Our horror came when the ice cream was served to us.. It was melting lor!! And quite badly in fact.. Wonder if they had left it for quite sometime before taking it to us..

Not happy with the way my ice cream was served, we decided to call for their manager. Again, we couldn't get his attention immediately. We waved for quite a while before this guy whose name is Keen Hoo came to us. He was the only staff around wearing a tie. We were again displeased of his reaction when he heard of our complain. He merely replied "Oh, I will check with my staff" and went off hastily..

When he finally came to us again, he took along our bill which none of us know why.. None of us had asked for the bill.. He looked as if he doesn't owe us any explanation for the earlier matter. He totally forgot about it lor! WTF!!!

In the end, he just waived off the service charge for us.. Wat lousy service! We swear never to step in that place again!!

Joe and I went Singapore Flyer yesterday afternoon.. Hmm.. Maybe because it's weekday and it's during office hours, there is not much crowd there.. Seems quite empty. Not many tourists too... Hehe.. We even get to have the entire capsule all by ourselves. Wahaha..

Well.. The scenery is nice. Can't use "breathtaking" or "captivating" to describe it.. Cos some parts we saw are just construction sites.. Sigh!! But then.. hmm.. its still quite ok la.. Hehe..

As the ferris wheel went up higher, we feel more scared.. Both of us are scared of heights.. Hehe.. Joe even said we spend money to scare ourselves..

Ho ho ho!! Joe's back!! Well.. He had really turned dark.. Like a bangala now.. I was really shocked to see him turn black lor..

Ok.. Bibi was complaining I never blog after Joe came back.. Haha... Din know that she had so deeply missed my entries soooo much wor.. Wahahaa...

I'm claiming my 3 days marriage leave now.. So won't be working till Thursday. Well, wat we intend to do leh??

We went Tampines Mall shopped around & watched Wall.E today.. Then went back to Hougang for dinner.. Initially, I had wanted to go Seoul Garden.. Cos had a sudden cravings for SOTONGS!!! But Joe not really keen on the idea.. So we head back to a coffeeshop in Hougang to eat Zi Char. But no sotong.. no seafood.. Haiz.. In the end, we had salted fish fried rice, Mee goreng and we also ordered their signature beancurd.. Well.. It's really yummy oso.. Din regret ordering that.. Hehe!!

He called me just now.. And mentioned that his arms have turned very very dark like a Negro.. Oh gosh!!! He's already dark before his trip lor.. But he say his face not that dark.. Wonder how true is it.. Sighh!!

Though happy he's back soon.. But I'm going to miss the 2 weeks I spent at my mom's place.. Hmm.. No more SCV for me.. ;p

Met up with Lynn and NBL for dinner last nite.. Went to Hotpot Culture for our steamboat.. Were supposed to have it quite a few weeks ago.. To celebrate Lynn's birthday. But the queue for that night was super long. So we changed to other place instead.

We chatted alot la.. And NBL mentioned to me on a blog which she recently came across. So, I too visited that blog just now.. It was really so sad, it made me weep. Do visit this blog as I think it really remind us to cherish the loved ones around you. We'll never know what is going to happen in the future.. So, pls pls do cherish those around you..
